Basic OC info

Age: 17
Appearance things: He is covered from the neck down in tattoos. Lots of them are swirly designs. He also always wears some kind of leather and extension cords belts/bracelets/etc.
Personality:
Adam is all about the optimism. Raining too hard? Free clean water! Town getting attacked by bandits? Free loot after we kill them! That doesn't mean he can't be realistic though. He's merely a hopeful type that likes to find some good in a bad situation. It helps him cope and he likes to think it helps those around him from falling apart. He's generally very light hearted and can usually make jokes out of every situation. Really, he takes it as a challenge. He likes to be encouraging of his friends, and even strangers. There's something in him that wants to be the one to save others, which is both his greatest strength and weakness.
Windy has a side to him that he reserves for when things get rough. During battle he can push aside the stupid jokes and concentrate on eliminating his enemies, or when he's arguing about something he's passionate about he can get very tense. Because for all the doofy faces and wild hand gestures he makes, he's a very passionate person. When he's feeling something he'll show it; no masks, no holding back. If he's angry he'll scream, if he's sad he'll cry, if he's happy he'll laugh. He goes with the flow and usually just lets the chips fall where they may.
Abilities:
Adam (the nickname's probably a tip off) has the ability to manipulate wind. Though he can't make it appear out of nowhere. There needs to be wind be it natural or artificial for him to use it. He can use wind to lift himself up to glide -- if it's strong enough he can fly for a duration of time. He can also use it to push people/objects away or deflect attacks. But if something/someone stronger than the velocity of wind he's using is being tossed at him it can go right through.
He's very proficient with weapons and electronics. He can take things apart and put them back together, and sometimes if he has the parts make new things. Given where he's from though, and the limited resources, he can't make really advanced contraptions. He talks a lot about wishing he could make such grand things, but he's mostly limited to basic devices needed for survival like for example, he could probably make a radio, or a remote control device, ect.
